*Call Main Office at 510-659-8969 or email at office@bjmanagement.net. Office staff will dispatch your contact to the designated staff to resolve the issue.

*Please mention your name, HOA name, unit #, and your best number to call when you leave a message.

*Please leave a detailed message for the maintenance problem. Your association’s property manager will be notified to remedy the situation.

After Hours & Emergencies Contacts

*Please call our after-hours number at 510-659-8969 to report any emergency situation resulting in property damage.

*Your property manager will return your call as soon as possible. Non-emergency situation will be addressed the next business day.

*Please dial 911 for a life or safety emergency.
